Martindale-Hubbell® Connected 10,000 Lawyer Member Charity Donation Promotion

Eligibility: Open only to existing and current members of Martindale-Hubbell® Connected in United State of America, United Kingdom, Canada and Belgium as at the date the promotion begins ("Eligible Members"). VOID WHEREEVER PROHIBIT BY LAW OR OTHERWISE.

Dates: Promotion begins July 15, 2009, and runs through Friday, August 14, 2009, at 11:59 PM EST. ("Term")

Promotion Rules: Once Martindale-Hubbell Connected has 10,000 members, Martindale-Hubbell Connected will post a communication on www.martindale.com/connected celebrating this milestone and also explaining that during the Term all Eligible Members will be able to vote (one vote per member) for one of the charities identified on www.martindale.com/connected in which they want Promoter/Sponsor to donate a percentage of the $10,000.00 (US) donation ("Donation"). Votes will be tallied at the end of the Term. The designated charities will receive a pro-rata charitable donation from the overall pool of the $10,000 based on the percentage of overall votes received for that charity during the Term, irrespective of the total number of votes cast. For example, if all 10,000 members voted and 15% of those members voted for a particular charity, then that charity will receive $1,500.00 (US). If 5,000 members voted and 5% of those members voted for a particular charity, then that charity will receive $250.00 (US).

Members can vote on the Martindale-Hubbell Connected Home Page Poll featured on the Home Page during the Term.

The final distribution and percentage of allocation of Donation funds will be featured on Martindale-Hubbell Connected in August 14, 2009 at www.martindale.com/connected.
