  • Bipartisan legislators in both the Senate and House of Representatives have introduced the Patent Reform Act of 2007 (the "Bill"), consisting of broad patent reform measures that, if adopted, would affect virtually every facet of the patent process and substantially change how patents are obtained and enforced. A copy of the House version of the Bill is available at http://www.thomas.gov/cgi-bin/thomas. The Senate version of the Bill, which is virtually identical, is not yet posted on www.thomas.gov.
