  • On Monday, March 31, the Department of Labor published its proposed changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act concerning the most common "exemptions" from the federal overtime requirements. The proposed rule changes familiar standards related to the salary and duties tests for exempt executive, professional, administrative, computer and outside sales employees (the "white-collar"exemptions).
