  • In Croke v. PPI Technology Services, L.P., et al., C.A. No. 14-30424, ---- Fed. Appx. ---- (5th Cir. June 1, 2015), the Fifth Circuit recently affirmed a district court’s dismissal of a Jones Act claim brought by a Canadian oil rig worker who was allegedly injured off the coast of Nigeria.
