  • Specifically, the workshop addressed the challenges that have emerged in the last twelve years since the FTC issued its online advertising disclosure guidance (Dot Com Disclosures), including the challenge of making clear and conspicuous advertising and privacy disclosures in social media and in mobile marketing, particularly in instances where there is limited space.
