Member, Appellate Division of New York State Supreme Court, First Department in Manhattan, 2005-2008. Member Third Department in Albany, 2008-2012. Trial level Supreme Court Justice since 1998. Assistant United States Attorney, Northern District of New York, civil litigation and criminal prosecution. Trustee Emeritus and Recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award, 2013, Albany Law School. Co-Chair, New York State Bar Association, with former Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye of Special Committee on Youth Courts; Appointed by Chief Judge of New York State to first Advisory Group of the New York State and Federal Judicial Council. Founding member, Youth Courts in the Towns of Colonie and Bethlehem.
