I have had one legal dealing with John D. Rodgers, which involved some complex litigation relating to the legal meaning of a personal guarantee. John thoroughly prepared for a deposition of our client and asked all the right questions in a very professional and ethical manner. Because of John's diligence the case was ultimately settled without the need to go to trial.
