Biography

Elizabeth Mason has been involved in foreclosure litigation, title companies, and other real estate concerns since she was admitted to the New Mexico bar in 1984 and has managed thousands of cases. Ms. Mason received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1980, where she graduated with honors and with distinction in general scholarship, and her J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law, where she was a staff member of the Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law, a recipient of the Edna Fisse Scholarship, as well as a Thompson & Mitchell Research Fellow. Mr. Mason is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the publication's most significant accomplishment, placing a lawyer at the highest level of professional excellence. She is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in the State of New Mexico.
