    Biased against women. My ex-husband is a debt-beat dad with wages garnished for child support. I am my child’s primary parent, and sole financial support, except for a measly amount from her dad. But Mr. Velasquez prioritized the debt-beat dad’s work schedule over mine. When I asked for the meeting to be moved a few days, until after the most important professional conference of the year for me, Mr. Velasquez immediately threatened me with court action. His fees are also way too high. Read less

    I would not recommend anyone hire Mr. Velasquez for legal representation in family law. Unfortunately, I hired him and found him to be unethical, dishonest and a con man. Fortunately, I fired him, after being taken to the cleaners to the tune of nearly $50,000, and hired a competent attorney with integrity. Mr. Velasquez did nothing, literally nothing but pretend like he was an expert and cared--- he is a con man and extremely unethical--- he should not be practicing law. Read less
