Joshua A. Collins graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a bachelor degree in History. In 2011, he graduated magna cum laude from the Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Collins served as an Articles Editor for the Law Review. Mr. Collins also interned for the United States Attorney’s Office in Lubbock, Texas; worked as a litigation clerk for the Washington Legal Foundation in Washington, D.C.; and clerked for a civil litigation firm in Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Collins joined Allen, Shepherd, Lewis & Syra, P.A. in May of 2011, and he was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in September, 2011. In January, 2018, he became a shareholder with the firm. Mr. Collins practices in the areas of insurance defense, commercial litigation, and worker's compensation.
