Biography

Before joining Tiffany & Bosco in October 2018, Karen H Bradley was an associate and then later a managing partner of a New Mexico law firm which represented creditors in residential mortgage foreclosure and related proceedings. Since 1999, Karen has concentrated her practice in representing lenders in real estate foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and related actions. She is the author of “Military Spouses Lose Major Battle,” 4 FAMILY ADVOCATE NO. 3, Winter, 1982, and co-author of” Second Mortgage Lien Stripping in Chapters 7 and 13 after Bank of America, N.A. v. Caulkett.” She has also served as a New Mexico assistant attorney general, and has experience in general civil litigation in state and federal courts.
