Ms. Ludewig has represented the interests of property owners, institutional investors, builders and developers, and lenders with a variety of real estate acquisition, development, financing and property disposition legal services for twenty-two years.

She represents the New Mexico interests of several local and national real estate builders and developers in all phases of the development process, from acquisition through subdivision, preparation of CC&Rs, marketing, construction and sales.

Ms. Ludewig also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with loan origination and refinances and has substantial experience in all aspects of loan workouts, restructures and foreclosures for transactions involving all types of collateral, including office buildings, multi-family residential properties, hotels and retail properties.

As well, Ms. Ludewig has handled hundreds of residential foreclosures throughout the state of New Mexico.
