Before joining the firm in 2016, Nick served as a law clerk to the Honorable James E. Graves, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Previously, Nick served as the Law Fellow at the AFL-CIO where he represented the interests of working men and women before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Courts of Appeals, and federal administrative agencies and an attorney with a public interest law firm where he represented whistleblowers and employees in individual and class actions in the state and federal courts.

Nick attended law school at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, serving as a staff editor of The Catholic University Law Review and a Plato Papps Fellow in Labor Law. Nick is also an accomplished classical musician and studied music performance at The Juilliard School and the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music
