Ms. Landry’s litigation practice covers over thirty years of advocacy for developers, contractors, property owners, lenders, and general business clients with complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Landry has successfully litigated or settled cases involving issues ranging from complex construction defect litigation and attendant insurance issues, impact fee issues, and land use and zoning litigaton, including constitutional law in the land development context to title insurance bad faith and breach of contract, non-compete clauses, breach of warranty and negligent manufacturing, including defective construction materials.

In connection with the service to corporate clients, Ms. Landry has litigated FMLA cases and employment discrimination cases, and handled other employment related issues.

Ms. Landry also handles cases involving the City of Albuquerque’s recent rezoning of the City under the Integrated Development Ordinance.

In addition to litigation, Ms. Landry also provides services as a mediator and arbitrator in commercial disputes, putting to use her years as a litigator of commercial cases in formulating resolutions to highly complex commercial disputes or litigation.

Having graduated with distinction and been recognized by entrance into the Order of the Coif, Ms. Landry has excellent research, writing, and analytical skills utilized when a federal court law clerk and honed over the years in her extensive commercial practice.
