Biography

Victor W. Luke has been practicing law since 1998. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Before, he started his own firm. He have worked as a volunteer prosecutor in Long Beach Court House, with the Domestic Violence unit at the Norwalk Court House and with the Legal Assistance office in Compton Court House for years. He has worked for the Legal Aid Society of Orange County before starting his own law firm in 2004 which has been in continuous operation since that time. We handle Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & Chapter 13), Foreclosure Defense, Personal injury including car accidents and slip and falls, Short Sales, Family Law, Debt, Collection, Immigration, and DUIs.
