    They appeared disorganized. Nobody showed up at court til halfway through the through the people that was called up front. We had never met that person before. It took longer than they originally told us to get us to court because they didn't get their portion of the work done. Friendly group of people but, in general, just very disorganized. We had a sense of confusion each time we dealt with them. Read less

    Poor organization. Poor communication. Disorganized office employees. It appeared young girl behind the desk was the only organized person there. Nobody showed up til court was half over and then we had never met that person. That person also told us to lie to the courts if they asked a particular question but they didn't ask it. In general, not a very positive experience. We stayed confused through the whole ordeal from lack of correct communication. Read less
