Suvir graduated in 2007 from William Jewell College with honors and a B.A. in communication studies and history. He earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Before joining the firm, Suvir represented clients in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation and medical malpractice.
Suvir is dedicated to enforcing the legal rights of his clients and their families through the mesothelioma legal process. He handles all aspects of asbestos litigation.
“I can advocate for my clients effectively and believe in protecting victims’ rights,” Suvir said. “I don’t have a typical attorney/client relationship with those I represent. Instead, I get to know them on a personal level. I’m a good listener. I’m proud that many of my clients remain in contact with me after their case is resolved.”
Suvir volunteers with the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri where he represents clients in special education and housing law. He also cooks and serves food at an area soup kitchen.
“I have been very fortunate in my life to be able to travel the world, meet a lot of interesting people and see many great places,” Suvir said. “My work as an asbestos attorney comes with a great responsibility. I have a duty to try and help other people in need beyond the courtroom.”
He is also on the St. Louis Wyman Young Leaders Board and works pro bono for the Children’s Advocacy Project. In 2009, he completed the Ironman Triathlon.
Suvir speaks several languages including Spanish, Hindi and Kashmiri.
