He is a graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, PA. (1984) and holds a Masters Degree from San Diego State University (1979) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. (1977). He has been conferred the "AV" "Preeminent" attorney rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest level of achievement granted to attorneys nationwide for legal excellence and the highest ethical standards of practice (5 out of 5 possible score). He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Moster was awarded the "Client Distinction Award - 2013" by and for "Excellence in quality of service, value, responsiveness, and communication" and the "AV Preeminent Award 2003-2013" by for the "Highest Possible Peer Review Rating for Legal Ability and Ethical Standards."
Mr. Moster was also nominated and selected as a "Fellow" of the Litigation Counsel of America. This is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

He co-founded the law firm of MosterWynne in Austin in 1996 which was one of the first law firms to operate as a "general counsel" to area businesses. This firm substantially expanded its practice areas and clientele over the many years and is highly regarded as the "go to" law firm in Central Texas for startups, entrepreneurs, and established businesses. Athough no longer a partner of this firm, Charles Moster provides legal services on an as needed basis.
