Khaled has over 20 years of legal experience serving as legal counsel for banks, government authorities and international institutions such as Word Bank, IFC, USAID, EROPEAID. He has extensive experience in Islamic and conventional banking and finance, corporate, privatization, infrastructure development projects and PPP/PFI in deferent sectors including Telecom, Energy, transportation and construction. His experience includes litigation and arbitration; legislative drafting; legal and regulatory reforms. Working for clients in UAE and Saudi for more than 8 years has enabled Khaled to develop excellent experience in GCC legal system.
By serving as board/corporate secretary for several corporations he has developed a wealth of knowledge in corporate governance and regulatory reporting; and working with directors, shareholders and stakeholders to achieve optimum interest of the institution.
Khaled has obtained his LLB from Jordan University in 1995 and followed with a Master of Laws (LLM) from Case Western Reserve University, USA. Admitted to Jordan Bar since 1997.
