Following the completion of his law degree from the University of Jordan in 1988, he was admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 1990. Mr. Hadidi began his career in 1988 as the founder of many law firms and then moved on to establish Hadidi & Co. in 2000.
He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of many Jordanian companies and legal advisor to many multinational companies. Mr. Hadidi fluency in English as well as his conversational French in addition to his mother tongue Arabic language has enriched his experience.
His legal practice include extensive work in the fields of commercial and civil law, focusing on in-bound foreign investment; corporate law and structuring; mergers and acquisitions; joint-venture agreements; venture capital structures; corporate and securities laws; and intellectual property advice and litigation. In addition to attending court and arbitration hearings and preparing legal memorandums, legal research and court briefs. Local counsel to major international telecommunications operator on the acquisition of the Jordanian telecommunications Company; Local Counsel to an Arab telecommunications Company on the acquisition of a Jordanian Mobile Telecommunications Company; Local Counsel to the Arab and multinational shareholders of Jordanian Mobile Company on the acquisition of Bahraini Telecommunications Company, Local Counsel to the Arab and multinational shareholders of transforming the Industrial Development Bank into a Jordanian Islamic Bank, Local Counsel to a Jordanian Bank for financing an industrial project in Syria, Local Counsel to a Jordanian Bank in financing a energy project in Jordan, Local Counsel to a Jordanian bank to finance a railway system in Jordan, Local Counsel to the Arab and multinational shareholders in a light railway system project in Jordan, Local Counsel and Custodian to a multinational Fund on the acquisition of a Jordanian Investment Company. Team leader on the drafting of Jordan's Safeguard Law, Securities Law, amendments to Trademarks Law and amendments to the Companies Law, advisor to the World Bank and for a number of multinational companies on Jordan's trade and civil laws, legislative developments, and land development.
Extensive experience in the registration and protection of intellectual property rights in Jordan, this experience includes the registrations, renewals, cancellations, oppositions and seizures as well as counterfeit actions. Advocacy for stronger protection of intellectual property rights in the Middle East. Sufficient experience on Consulting Investment Deals where carrying out the works of drafting Legal Due Diligence, term sheets, shareholders agreement, sale purchase agreements and other related agreement and contracts. Moreover, appointed as a legal advisor to assist and consult on Legal issues related to a huge Privatization Project. Team member on the drafting of Jordan's trademarks Law amendments to in compliance with the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) related to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
