  • In the first six months of this year, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has been very active in revising and updating its rules and procedures governing appeals. In the most significant change, which was the subject of our Alert,* the Court required that all filed documents be printed in 14-point type and set word limits that substantially reduce the length of briefs. 43 Pa.
