Biography

After completing his postgraduate studies, Mr. Avgeros joined Gide Loyrette Noel in Paris as a trainee. In 1989, he served as an in-house lawyer of the Geneva based company, Granomar, where he mainly dealt with banking and finance matters as well as the arbitration procedure. Following his admission to the Athens Bar Association in 1990, Mr. Avgeros became an in-house Legal Advisor of Olympic Airways. Mr. Avgeros is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court and has also successfully conducted litigation cases involving various labour and civil law matters. He joined Avramopoulos & Partners in 2005, following the merger of the Firm with Simantiras Law Offices. Since then, he has overseen numerous complex due diligence reports mainly in the area of M&A transactions. In February, 2007, Mr. Avgeros became a partner at Avramopoulos & Partners Law Firm.
