Biography

Mrs. Angelopoulou completed her legal training with Simantiras Law Offices in September 1998 and upon admission to the Athens Bar in 1999 she moved on to becoming a full-time associate. She mainly deals with corporate matters such as drafting and reviewing contracts, participating in public tenders and corporate housekeeping. During her career, she has also successfully conducted complex litigation cases involving various labour and civil law matters. Finally, she is also skilled in the area of telecommunications. In the past, she has been involved in the procedure of obtaining full licensing on behalf of an new operator, and has also dealt with regulatory issues before the Greek Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications. Ms. Angelopoulou joined Avramopoulos & Partners in 2005, following the merger of the Firm with Simantiras Law Offices.
