Natassa Stamou is a member of the Athens Bar Association (1990), the Association of Greek Commercial Law Lawyers and of the European Association of Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF). Her practice in capital markets and securities law includes consulting and regulatory work in the areas of underwriting, listing, trading, corporate actions of listed companies, provision of investment services and market abuse. She is a legal advisor to Hellenic Exchanges, and participates in several regulatory committees and work groups. She was a member of the drafting committees of the Greek Law implementing the Prospectus Directive and of the Greek Law implementing the Market Abuse Directive. She is a member of the Listing and Corporate Actions Committee of the Athens Exchange and of the Evaluation Committee of the Alternative Market (MTF) of the Athens Exchange. Natassa Stamou is a guest speaker in numerous legal and economic conferences.
