Her expertise lies in advising on the establishment, structuring and winding up of companies and on the full range of matters arising in the day-to-day business of companies across a variety of industry sectors. Nikoleta is experienced in due diligence reviews and has acted in numerous mergers, acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, lease agreements and other commercial transactions. She also has a practice advising on the protection and enforceability of intellectual property rights including trademarks, licenses and brands. After her postgraduate studies, Nikoleta worked at the European Commission, Directorate – General for Economic and Financial Affairs.
