Aaron is active in all facets of the firm's Intellectual Property practice, focusing particularly on litigation matters in various technical fields related to chemistry and pharmaceuticals. Aaron has experience in many aspects of patent litigation ranging from pre-filing investigation through the appellate process and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts across the country.
While in law school, Aaron was chosen to participate in an interdisciplinary program designed to commercialize emerging technologies administered jointly by Emory University and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Aaron took an active role in a team comprised of law, business, and doctoral students tasked with commercializing a novel minimally-invasive bio-medical device.
