Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Adam was an associate in the banking and real estate group of a law firm in Atlanta where he represented bank holding companies and other financial institutions in various finance transactions ranging from approximately $1 million to $200 million. He also worked as an extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and interned for the late Honorable Debra Bernes, Court of Appeals of Georgia.
In addition to his work, Adam provides pro bono counsel through the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.
Represented Arris Realty Partners in connection with the refinancing of an approximately 230,000-square-foot power retail center in Columbus, Georgia.
Represented Pollack Shores Real Estate Group in the acquisition, development and financing of a 10-parcel multifamily project located in the College Park area of Orlando.
Represented Holder Properties in the development of an approximately 210,000-square-foot build-to-suit office headquarters and research and development site for a national retail tenant in metro Atlanta.
Advised Gypsum Management and Supply, Inc. in connection with real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition matters for industrial properties across the US.
Advised North American Properties on the land acquisition and development of an $80 million mixed-use project connected to the popular Atlanta Beltline urban pedestrian and biking trail.
