For the past twelve years, Ms. Escott has practiced in general civil litigation defense across many fields. Her areas of practice include transportation, particularly commercial trucking, premises liability, construction, and commercial litigation.

She is experienced in managing cases from pre-suit investigation, through litigation discovery and depositions, dispositive and Daubert motions and oral argument, mediation, trial, and appeal.

Ms. Escott works with clients to conduct comprehensive analyses and valuations of wide-ranging claims in preparation for mediation or trial, achieving positive results while minimizing potential risk to insurance carriers and their insureds.
