Gautam Huded advises developers and equity investors on a variety of real estate matters, including the development, acquisition, debt and equity financing, and disposition of industrial, office, retail, hospitality and multifamily assets. As part of his practice, Gautam regularly counsels sponsors and institutional investors in single-asset and programmatic joint venture negotiations.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Gautam was a capital transactions and real estate attorney at a large law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he counseled clients on real estate matters, as well as private investment fund formations and offerings, private merger and acquisition transactions, and real estate investment trust (REIT) compliance matters.
