Mr. Miller is an attorney in the Atlanta office of Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC. His practice specialty is in area of intellectual property litigation, especially patent litigation. His focus is in the area of discovery with a particular emphasis on e-discovery. He has worked on a number of cases involving large and very large numbers of documents in the areas of patent infringement, copyright infringement, pharmaceutical products liability, employment, and environmental contamination. He has used many document review tools and developed databases to manage large document review projects. Mr. Miller attended Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania where he received his degree in Chemistry. He also received his M.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Miller work as an environmental chemist, both in the laboratory and as a consultant for 12 years. After completing law school, Mr. Miller spent a year with the Staff Attorneys' Office of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. In his spare time, he has developed a working knowledge of the Zoning Code for the City of Atlanta, GA.
