She is from Coral Springs, Florida and moved to Atlanta after completing a Master's Degree in Zoology with an emphasis in Parasitology at the University of South Florida. She earned her B.S. in Biology in 1994 at University of South Florida. Julie is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Section on Workers' Compensation Law.
