Katherin is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on various aspects of franchise law and on intellectual property litigation, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. As a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark E. Fuller in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, Katherin assisted the court in litigation involving such areas as patent law, constitutional law, and discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
