Over the years, Kristina has represented real estate industry clients, including real estate investment funds and joint ventures, national and regional developers of retail, office and multifamily projects, publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), institutional investors and investment management institutions in a wide range of real estate industry-focused transactions.
Most recently, she has been the lead attorney in some of the largest real estate transactions involving multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalizations and the formation of closed-ended and open-ended private equity real estate investment funds.
Kristina also is a member of the board of directors of Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and serves as pro bono counsel for several non-profit institutions in real estate-related matters.
