Kristie specializes in advising and representing employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state law. She represents employers in all types of employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, trade secret violations and other employment-related causes of action. Kristie also counsels employers on various topics including the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and non-compete issues, provides training, and regularly reviews and drafts employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
