About our Atlanta, GA: office

Orr, Brown & Billips, LLP is a trial law firm with offices in Gainesville, and Atlanta, Georgia. The firm's practice focuses on employment law, and its lawyers have experience in a wide variety of employment law claims, including gender, race, disability, age, pregnancy, and national origin discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act violations, wage and hour violations, whistleblower actions, and retaliation claims.

The lawyers at Orr & Brown work hard to earn our clients' trust in everything that we do. Establishing this trust requires communication, and we limit our caseload to make sure that we are always in a position to promptly communicate with and work on our clients' files. If a client has a question, he calls, and an attorney will almost always be available to speak with the client. If no attorney is available, then the client's call be returned promptly. The firm was founded by Senior Partner Wyc Orr in 1981 after 10 years of prior litigation experience. Wyc's daughter, Kris Orr (now Kris Orr Brown) joined the practice in 1995. The firm's lawyers have tried cases in no less than 28 Georgia counties and have extensive litigation experience in federal district court as well. The firm's lawyers have earned substantial victories for our clients across the state.
