Pedro Dorado brings 10 years of varying legal and business experience to his commercial real estate practice. As a former in-house legal counsel to a large Argentine biodiesel company, his familiarity with diverse business practices and cultures allows him to effectively advise clients through various complex cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Pedro has extensive experience negotiating project finance structures, including credit facilities, supply and procurement, and joint ventures, as well as construction contracts, land acquisitions and the negotiation and settlement of contract disputes.

His previous experiences includes serving as an associate at one of the largest law firms in Argentina, where he focused on banking, corporate and real estate matters.
