      Very disappointed in Melody's representation in my divorce.
      Collaborative divorce, while seemingly less emotionally difficult, seems to be a farce and Melody and her the legal "partner" managed to prolong the process, increase meetings - and therefore fees. In addition, she seemed to want to avoid conflict by cajoling me into simply paying more. At one point she said that in a collaborative process she doesn't actually represent me. Yikes.
      Stay away from collaborative and Melody. Read less

      Mr. Bloom was part of my collaborative divorce team and while he is a very nice man, his inability to deal with conflict directly has led to on-going disputes between myself and my ex. In the opinion of other members of the team if Dan had taken these issues head on with his client these disputes would have been resolved as minor issues as opposed to long simmering disputes.
