Stephanie Hudson is a commercial litigator who routinely represents automotive and insurance companies and other businesses in federal and state court litigation. Stephanie's representations include creditors' rights, bankruptcy, collections, contract disputes, consumer protection disputes, consumer and insurance class actions, and securities and accountants' liability matters. Stephanie advises clients in pre-litigation strategy, workouts, perfection of security interests, and government regulatory investigations and inquiries. Stephanie also actively participates in the firm's pro bono representations and is currently representing children enrolled in the Georgia Pediatric Program in a class action against Georgia's Department of Community Health.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Stephanie was a litigator at a national law firm, where she represented automotive and other commercial enterprises in commercial litigation matters.
