Jenny Worthy counsels clients on a vast array of commercial real estate matters. Her practice includes the purchase, sale, and development of improved and unimproved real property. She also advises commercial banks, investment banks, real estate investment trusts, insurance companies, and borrowers in financing transactions including origination, workouts and distressed asset transactions. She works with lending clients on the origination of loans with diverse debt stack structures, including single asset, mezzanine and financings intended for securitization.

Jenny also supports clients with their relational corporate matters, such as joint structures, entity formations, operation and government issues. She has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of large loan portfolios and note purchases. Prior to joining the firm, Jenny was an associate at a law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Represented administrative agent in more than $200 million in credit facilities secured by timberlands.
Represented lender in delayed draw term loan to owners of private water facilities in southeast Georgia.
