A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Bill received a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina, where he double majored in Finance and Marketing.
While in law school, Bill was a member of the moot court and trial advocacy teams and served as President of the Health Care Law Society and a Senator of the Student Bar Association. He earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Practice and Pleadings and was named a Presidential Scholar by the Medical University of South Carolina. In addition, he received the Charleston School of Law Giving Back Award for outstanding efforts in public service and leadership.
He and his wife Alexis live in Atlanta with their puppy Millie and attend Christ the King Cathedral and Oak Grove Methodist Church.
