He has spoken on many topics in the workers' compensation area and has participated in seminars on many areas of interests in the fields of general liability and workers' compensation defense.

Mr. Rawls was born in Columbus, Georgia, on February 15, 1958 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1985. He is a member of the Atlanta (Member, Sections on: Tort; Workers Compensation) and American Bar Associations as well as member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Phi Delta Phi.
