Since 1983, Kevin has concentrated on commercial litigation of every type including breach of contract, corporate and partnership disputes, employment, and injunction actions.
In his maritime law practice, Kevin has a diverse array of clients involved in the marine insurance, marine construction, commercial fishing, recreational boating, and marinas to whom he provides services on a wide range of issues related to maritime law and commercial litigation.
Kevin routinely appears in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and all New Jersey State Courts. He has been admitted pro hac vice in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Ohio.
Formerly fluent, and currently conversant, in Spanish, Kevin has represented clients from Central and South America in various matters.
