Lew is a highly regarded real estate attorney who devotes a substantial part of his practice to litigation of title insurance claims and disputes on behalf of a national title insurance underwriter and its insureds. Lew also has been retained as an expert defense witness in several suits concerning attorney malpractice in real estate transactions.

Lew brings 39 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate and business transactions as well as extensive litigation experience in those areas representing financial institutions, commercial borrowers, a wide variety of businesses and real estate developers.

Lew is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. 1970) and Boston University School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1976) where he served as an Editor of the Boston University Law Review publishing "Accessory Uses and the Customary Requirement."
