Biography

Victor P. Wasilauskas, III is an member of the firm's Employment Law and Casino & Hospitality Defense Litigation practice groups, primarily serving client companies in the casino industry. A large portion of his work concentrates in the areas of negligence defense, premises liability defense, and other personal injury claims.

Prior to entering private practice, Victor served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William C. Todd, III, who was the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage. Victor comes to Cooper Levenson with extensive experience in premises liability defense litigation, medical malpractice defense litigation, civil rights defense litigation, and municipal court matters.
