ason began his legal career working for Decker, Jones, McMackin, McClane, Hall & Bates, P.C., a large established law firm in Fort Worth, Texas. His primary practice areas were business litigation, medical malpractice defense, and general insurance defense. Jason worked closely with some of the top defense attorneys in the State of Texas. He exercised a hands-on approach, and his employers allowed him more involvement with the litigation process than most of his peers. When tort reform took a toll on the defense work available, Jason saw an opportunity to start his own firm with the vast array of knowledge and expertise he had gained. He moved the firm to New Braunfels in 2006, intending to cater to this growing Texas community.Through his satellite office in Victoria, TX, he focused on the smaller Texas counties extending to the gulf coast.The McMinn Law Firm’s approach involves a focus on litigation areas of law, which require experience, innovation, and personable trial techniques.
