Biography

Dennis Mullins is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Transactional Department. He has over 40 years of experience representing commercial developers, farmers, ranchers, and other landowners in commercial real estate transactions and development projects. In addition to retail, office, and industrial properties, Dennis' practice includes energy projects, water rights, and environmental and land use issues. He has handled lease, acquisition and title work for oil and gas interests and for alternative energy projects. Over a 25-year period, Dennis has also handled a wide variety of agriculture industry transactions and issues. He has experience representing investors, addressing agricultural water supply, and advising clients on the full range of challenges faced by rural landowners. With an extensive background in federal, state and local government, politics, and public service, Dennis brings an understanding of public policy to the development process.
