Tracy Collins received a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Maine, Orono. Prior to law school, she worked as a writer/editor at the Bangor Daily News. She received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine Law School in 2011. During law school, she began employment with the Penobscot County District Attorney’s Office, and continued that employment after her admission to the bar, becoming an Assistant District Attorney, where she gained courtroom experience, handling a full case load of trial and appellate work.
