  • In recent months we've kept you regularly informed about the statutory filing requirements that apply to Dutch subsidiaries. This year the Economic Crimes Division of the Dutch Internal Revenue Service has targeted around 500 Dutch companies in a move to crack down on breaches of the statutory filing requirements for accounts. Dutch authorities now closely scrutinise the content of accounts, thus departing from the commonly held policy of merely assessing financial statements on a prima facie basis.
