  • The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the "CFTC") is proposing for public comment amendments to its rules regarding the content of the written acknowledgment that a futures commission merchant ("FCM") or a derivatives clearing organization ("DCO") obtains from depositories holding its customer funds or secured amount funds, as well as related technical and conforming amendments.
