  • Fourth Circuit finds that using a disclosure form similar to Model Form H-8 in refinancing mortgage loan was sufficient, despite not including two additional sentences included in Form H-9 for refinancing transactions. Going forward, however, it is recommended that mortgage lenders adhere to Form H-8 in refinancing transactions.
